Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any of the Farewell ecosystem products — including the Farewell mobile app, Farewell Business platform, and Farewell Glass e-commerce store — you agree to be bound by these terms of service. These services are operated by Peacify (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa.
Use of Services
Our services are designed to assist with funeral planning, policy management, memorial creation, and related bereavement services. You agree to use our services only for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
User Accounts
Some features of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and technology within the Farewell ecosystem are the intellectual property of Peacify (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Peacify (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
